Shipping is complimentary on all orders within India.
If you need a piece sooner, write to us at info@maisonnyne.com with your order number before or immediately after placing your order. Where express delivery is possible for your pin code, we will confirm the timeline and charge before dispatch. Express charges are borne by the customer.

Express international delivery is available on request. Write to us at info@maisonnyne.com before placing your order and we will quote the charge and timeline for your destination.
Your order total at checkout is final. All customs duties and import taxes are calculated and collected before you place your order — there is nothing to pay on delivery. In the rare case of a destination where duties cannot be collected at checkout, we will inform you of the estimated amount before dispatch. We declare all shipments accurately and cannot mark orders as gifts or undervalue them.
Orders are dispatched from our atelier in Gurugram, India.
You will receive an email confirming your order, and a second email with your tracking link once your order is dispatched. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to reflect the first update.
Estimated delivery timelines begin from dispatch, not from the date of order. Customs clearance, weather, and courier delays are outside our control and may occasionally extend delivery.
Please provide a complete, permanent address with a working phone number. We do not recommend hotels or temporary addresses.
Couriers make up to two delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address or an unavailable recipient, and the package is returned or abandoned, we are unable to offer a refund or reshipment.
If your package arrives opened, tampered with, or visibly damaged, do not accept it. Refuse the delivery and write to us at info@maisonnyne.com immediately.
Orders may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Write to us at info@maisonnyne.com with your order number.
After 24 hours, or once an order has been dispatched — whichever is earlier — it cannot be changed or cancelled.
