GLOBAL EXPRESS SHIPPING

Maison Nyne dispatches all orders worldwide from our central atelier storage in custom eco-luxury garment boxes. Every order is fully insured and tracked door-to-door.

• Domestic Express (India): 2–4 business days via Blue Dart / DHL Express. Free on orders above ₹15,000.
• International Express (US, Europe, Asia): 3–5 business days via DHL Express / FedEx Priority. Free on orders above $180 / €170.
• Standard International: $25 flat rate for orders below $180.

DUTIES & TAXES

For shipments to India, United States, United Kingdom, and the European Union, all applicable customs duties and local VAT are calculated at checkout — ensuring zero surprise fees upon delivery.

For all other international destinations, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The recipient is responsible for any local import duties levied by local customs authorities.

14-DAY COMPLIMENTARY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely delighted with your Maison Nyne creation. If a size adjustment is needed or you wish to request a return, we offer a complimentary 14-day window from date of delivery.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:

• Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all Maison Nyne brand tags intact.
• Hand-embroidered waistcoats and limited drop vest sets must include their original atelier garment bag & protective sleeve.
• Bespoke or custom-tailored orders are final sale and non-refundable.
